Company Accounts

All limited and public limited companies must send their company accounts to Companies House.

Small companies can take advantage of certain statutory exemptions and only file abbreviated company accounts.

We are happy to prepare annual statutory accounts for all sizes of business, from abbreviated accounts, to Group consolidated financial statements for multi-national companies prepared under IFRS.

We can also prepare financial statements to meet overseas reporting requirements such as US Gaap.

We have a wealth of experience of preparing statutory financial statements and will work to a timetable to suit our client requirements.
